FROM VICE PRESIDENT ILONKA New direction, new leadership, new concept in the UIB workflow. The management new concept, in short as well as in long terms, operates in a good direction. The trade is already international. We, the bakers, need international connections. Collective thinking, collective debate and collective acting are essential. Let us use the international experiences from the new working methods; let us use everything the well-working Bakery Unions can show us. |
